About Emacly
I build systems, not just software.
My professional software development journey began in 2006 at Nova Group. In 2012, I founded Elvac Group and expanded from software engineering into IT infrastructure, networks, surveillance and institutional technology projects.
I later served as IT Director at the CSCCA, combining software development with technology leadership and digital transformation. Today, I continue building platforms designed for businesses, institutions and organizations.
